The cost
of each card is Rs. 500
-
The card is valid for 5
years

Card can be closed anytime
as per the wish of the customer

If the card gets lost or
stolen, please inform NSBL to block the usage immediately. Howerver
you must send a written application of customer also at the earliest.
- If PIN is forgotten, a new PIN
will be generated within 15 days. The customers have to submit written
application to the branch where they have applied for card.

If the customer missed to
collect cash from the ATM or tried to withdraw cash from the ATM but
the machine did not dispense cash where as the customer's account
has been debited, in such cases NSBL require written complaint from
the customer. The complain letter must include following details:
i. Card
number
ii. Account
number
iii. Name
iv. Transaction
amount, date and number
v. Bank
name
vi. ATM
ID
vii. Transaction
slips receipt from the ATM
