General Information


  • We provide the Bharat Yatra Card at minimum of Rs. 500
  • The card is valid for 5 years
  • The card can be blocked at anytime as per customer's request
  • If the card gets lost or stolen, please inform NSBL to block the usage immediately. However customer must send a written application at the earliest.
  •  If PIN is forgotten, a new PIN will be provided within 15 days. The customers have to submit written application to the branch where they have applied for the card.
  • If the customer missed to collect cash from the ATM or tried to withdraw cash from the ATM but the machine did not dispense cash where as the customer's account has been debited, in such cases NSBL require written complaint from the customer. The complain letter must include following details:
  1. i. Card number
  2. ii. Account number
  3. iii. Name
  4. iv. Transaction number, Date and Amount
  5. v. Bank's name
  6. vi. Transaction ID
  7. vii. ATM Transaction Receipt
